Shipping Information & Sales Tax

Service will occur based on order. We are unable to offer shipment to P.O. Boxes. By law, sales tax is applied based on delivery address.

Returns & Repairs

All sale/clearance merchandise is final. We will not accept returns on sale/clearance merchandise or when the order has left the warehouse and is in transit to its destination.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price; this excludes items purchased from our Black Friday Sale, End of the Year Sale, or any other purchases made with a discount. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped.

Please click here to submit a return request. If approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label and a Return Authorization form. Print and attach the label to the outside of your return package and enclose the Return Authorization form inside package.

G.I.A. Luxe will honor complimentary repairs of approved manufacturer defects within two years of purchase date. Please see above to submit a Repair Request form. If approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label and a return authorization form. Print and attach the label to the outside of your repair return package and enclose the repair authorization form inside. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 14 to 30 business days. Repairs cannot be made if product is purchased from other e-commerce or retail establishments. Please refer to their policies.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments will be honored only on G.I.A. Luxe website within 7 days of the original purchase date along with the original receipt. Items are only eligible for a price adjustment if the same style and color are in stock at the time of request. Price adjustments cannot be made based on other e-commerce or retail establishments that carry G.I.A. Luxe products.

The company prides itself on quality control. All products are made with the same standards and craftsmanship.

Here at G.I.A Luxe, we have meticulously selected the finest leathers from around the world. Each and every handbag has been hand inspected for quality craftsmanship as well as pre-treated to ensure longevity of the luxurious leathers and suedes. In order to maintain appearance, a couple of care tips to consider:

  • Store in dustbag when not in use

  • To maintain the appearance of leather: use leather cleaner to remove any dust/dirt particles prior to use of leather conditioner. Leather conditioner will help preserve the lustrous appearance and will also help prevent stains from setting to allow for easier cleaning

  • To keep up the appearance of suede: use a suede or nubuck brush to remove any dust/dirt particles. use a suede spray before and after each use. This will help resist water and help stains from setting to allow for easier cleaning.

  • Leather cleaner/conditioner, suede spray, and suede or nubuck brush are found at any leather care specialist.

  • To maintain shape of purse, stuff with tissue paper or a soft cloth when not in use.

  • To spot clean the lining, use a damp cloth with stain remover and let air dry.

If general wear and tear has altered a handbag’s appearance; contact any leather care specialist for restoration.
